The registration fee varies by course, which includes the all classroom learning sessions, online course materials, daily continental breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches (unless otherwise specified) and a reception. The fee does not include travel, housing or other meals. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When paying by check, it must be in U.S. currency and drawn on a U.S. Bank, made payable to the Pathology Education Partners. International participants can contact us directly for our wire transfer information. When registering, please be sure to use a complete mailing address. The address with which you register will be printed on the master list of registrants.
The course materials include a Tutorial notebook is digital containing all slide presentations. For your convenience, all course materials containing the presenters’ slide presentations, handouts, references, and supplementary articles will also be available for download online prior to the course. Additionally, you may opt to view the materials online during the course using your electronic device. WiFi will be provided in the ballroom at no additional charge.
A written confirmation will be sent to all registrants. Early registration is recommended. Seating at the program is on a first come first serve basis and will be assigned based on registration date. The seat assigned remains yours throughout the course.
In the event of cancellation, the Tutorial fee is refundable less a $200 service charge. A front and back copy of your cancelled check must be submitted for a refund. After October 1, 2017, no refunds will be possible and no exceptions of any kind can be honored.

MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATION
The American Board of Pathology has approved the Tutorial as a Self-Assessment Module (SAM) for Part II of the ABP Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program and designates this educational activity for a maximum of 40 SAM Credit(s). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Please call 864 451.5700 to arrange shuttle service. Rental cars can be arranged at the airport, as well as the Hotel through the Concierge. Limousine service, valet and self-parking are also available through the hotel.
A continental-style breakfast will be available from 7 a.m. at Rick Irwin’s restaurant for all attendees registered at the hotel. The use of cell phones or video/audio recording during the lectures is prohibited.

Advise the reservations desk that you will be attending the Southeastern Pathology Conference from November 2-5, 2017 in order to receive the Pathology Education Partners group rate. A confirmation number will be immediately assigned. The special daily rate for this meeting is $199/night (single/double).
